PollySec AB ("PollySec", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit pollysec.com or contact us, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
- Contact details you provide when you request a demo or email us (name, work email, message).
- Basic technical data needed to serve the site securely (e.g. IP address, browser type) from standard server logs.
For visitor statistics this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless service that reports aggregate traffic without cookies, cross-site tracking or fingerprinting. We run no advertising trackers and set no non-essential cookies.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, schedule and run a demo, keep the site secure, and — only where you have asked us to — send you relevant product information. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
We process contact data on the basis of your request (steps prior to a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a safe service.
Sharing & storage
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. cloud hosting and email), under appropriate data-processing terms. Data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose above, then deleted.
Customer (product) data
Data processed inside the PollySec product on behalf of a customer is governed by the separate customer agreement and data-processing addendum, not by this website policy.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Contact us at privacy@pollysec.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
