The definitive terms for the PollySec product — including service levels, security commitments and data processing — are set out in the customer agreement and its data-processing addendum, which prevail over anything on this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and the courts of Sweden have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
